The membership is okay overall, but I feel like it really depends on how often you remember to go. When I wash my car a few times in a month, I’m like, yeah, this is probably worth it. Then other months I barely use it and conveniently forget I’m paying for it until it feels a little wasted. I do wish the pricing and cancellation details were clearer from the start, because I don’t really remember that being explained super well. It’s fine, just not amazing. Great if you’re going regularly, but maybe not the best deal if you only get a wash once in a while.

The staff were really friendly and helped me quickly, which was nice. Overall, it felt like a good visit, you know?

I got in way faster than I expected. There was a small line when I showed up, but it moved really quickly, probably about 5 minutes at most. To me, it felt like a super easy stop with no time wasted, which I definitely appreciated.

I got my car washed here cleaner than I thought it would be it came out. The dirt on the sides was all gone, and the wheels too looked nice. I was happy with how it turned out.

They got the damage issue fixed without a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated. Straightforward experience overall.

I had a decent experience with Cobblestone overall. The prices felt fair right away, which I appreciated, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling that everything was being marked up or that I was being nudged to spend more than I planned.

Checkout was simple and the total stayed about where I expected, so no weird surprises there. At the same time, it wasn’t exactly a standout experience or anything super memorable, but it got the job done and I’d probably use the site again...

The place was mostly clean when I stopped by, but the waiting area did have some trash around... and the bathroom definitely could’ve used a little attention. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of average. Would be a lot nicer if they stayed on top of the upkeep a bit more!

I had a good experience with cobblestone.com. The best part was the communication, which, shockingly enough, actually kept me informed without making me chase anyone down. Everything was explained clearly, and I wasn’t left wondering what was supposed to happen next. Replies came fast enough too. Overall, simple, easy, and somehow no complaints from me

I took my car to Cobblestone for a detail, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The outside looked good when I picked it up, and the tires were nice and clean, so I’ll give them credit for that. But once I looked inside more closely, I noticed there was still dust in the cup holders and crumbs down by the seat tracks. For what I paid, I expected them to be more thorough. The staff was friendly enough, and the wait wasn’t bad, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. I just know next time I’d probably double-check everything before leaving. I might go back for a basic wash, but I’d be hesitant to spend the money on a full detail there again.

I was a little worried there might be wet spots left after the wash, but it came out totally dry. Not a huge thing, I guess, but it was a nice surprise and made the whole process feel easier

My bill matched what I was expecting exactly, which was a relief. no random fees or weird extra charges added on at the end, so I was happy with that...

Compared to other places I’ve tried, getting an appointment here was really simple. Whenever I needed one, they always had a time available that worked for me.

I’d say the equipment was mostly reliable. There were a couple of small hiccups here and there, and I remember thinking, “Okay, that’s a little annoying,” but nothing that really ruined the experience. Overall, it did what I needed it to do.

I mostly stopped by just to use the vacuum, and it worked well. The suction was literally strong enough to pick up dirt and dog hair, though I did have to go over a couple spots twice. Not perfect, but overall I was happy with it.

I really like that Cobblestone has hours that actually work with my schedule... I can swing by before work or later in the day without feeling rushed, which is so nice. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I do wish they stayed open a little later on some days. But overall, the hours are convenient, and it’s easy to check them online.

Customer service did get back to me and helped a little, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just took longer than I expected, and the whole process felt kind of slow overall. Has anyone else had the same issue with response times?

I canceled my membership without much hassle. I had to wait a bit to get it taken care of, but support was helpful and got everything sorted out fine.

The manager was professional and helpful. At first I thought they seemed a little rushed, but they still took the time to answer my questions and made sure things were handled well.
